Então, troquei de celular e fui passar o microsoft authenticator, tenho dois e-mails e um logou normalmente, porém o outro não, começo fazendo o login com o e-mail e tudo certo, vou passando as etapas e quando o aplicativo volta para a home, meu e-mail não está lá, e quando vou na aba de segurança do meu e-mail no navegador, não tem nenhum autenticador vinculado!

(já reinstalei o aplicativo, limpei dados e nada)

You can restore from an authenticator cloud backup (assuming there was one) but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app. Then sign on with recovery account to do the restore.
