Problem with create DFS namespace

Question

Hi,

I was failure to add new DFS namespace.

Checked event log didn't find any evidence.

May I know what should I drill down for investigation ?

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

Delete it and replicate your domain controllers if the DFS root that you are attempting to create appears under Dfs-Configuration. Shut off ADSIEdit.

Utilising the DFS Management tool, add the DFS Root at this point. The message "The folder already exists, do you want to keep the existing permissions?" appears when you point it at your DFS root share. Keep the existing folder's permissions if you want to.
