How to fix CrystalDecisions,CrystalReports.Engine, Version=10.2.3600.0,Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304

I had the internal SSD replaced with a new one with more storage. Windows has been installed again. When I use my work software, I get this message:

Impossibile caricare il file o l'assembly.
'CrystalDecisions,CrystalReports.Engine, Version=10.2.3600.0,Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' o una delle relative dipendenze. Impossibile trovare il file specificato!

    Crystal Reports isn't a Microsoft product, it's from SAP (so wrong forum).

    Download and install the Crystal Report runtime from SAP or from

    https://crystal-reports.informer.com/10.2/
