There is problem with opening software, like Chrome, Edge, Word, Excel, Power Point.

For example, when I open Chrome, the browser is not popped up most of the time, while sometimes it crashes right after it is opened. Similar situation happened when I opened Edge most of the time. Sometime if it did not crash, some words become block (shown in the 1st, 2nd image below).

As for the Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, Power Point, ...), they have similar problems. Sometimes they crash right after opening them or after clicking some tab/button in the App. Additionally, before it crashes, the icons and formats are usually missing or shifted (shown in the 3rd, 4th image).

Attempts: I ran the system file checker to see if there are some missing files, the result is shown in the 5th image.

My Windows specifications:

Edition Windows 10 Home

Version 22H2

Installed on ‎3/‎9/‎2021

OS build 19045.3448

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19044.1000.0

Thank you so much for the time.

Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.

Try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?

    Have a look at:

If not , enable services one by one to see which one causing the problem.

    Hi,

Here are some suggestions from my side-

    1. Make sure that your Windows OS is up to date.
    2. Make sure that your Applications are up to date.
    3. Issues with RAM, hard drive, or other hardware components can cause application crashes. So try running a hardware check.
    4. Check if there is some malware in your system using your Antivirus.
    5. Try running the "DISM" tool. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    6. Perform a clean boot.
    7. Update your GPU.

    Best Regards.
