10.1.1.3 Inaccurate Representation during certification

Question

Hello there, I'm trying to submit an update of my app, which is a background service that doesn't have a UI at all, but the submission certification process is failing because it expects me to submit an accurate screenshot:

10.1.1.3 Inaccurate Representation - Screenshots must be direct captures of the Windows product and accurately show what the product does, highlight key features, and give useful information about what your product does and how it works. Please note, screenshots should only contain Windows chrome unless highlighting cross-platform compatibility.  You may want to review the "Metadata is key" section of our App Quality guidelines.

How should I proceed in order to pass the certification? I already explained this in the app metadata description.
