Can I use powerapps within my 0365 Business Standard License and connect it SQL Server on Azure VM or Azure and not have to upgrade to a Premium License for all the users in the environment that will be using the App? I realise that Sharepoint list has some challenges with delegations for large datasets so I am looking at SQL Server as my alternative to house my data.
