Hello,
The settings specifically useful for people with Parkinson's disease, in terms of accessibility for using the keyboard, are really easy once you're connected. This is the experience of the person whose IT caregiver I am. She has little dexterity (only one finger), little mobility (only her left hand) and suffers from severe tremors, leaving her speech very difficult to understand, even though her brain still functions remarkably well.
Is it possible with Win 11 to take advantage of the accessibility functions already available on the keyboard for entering the login password?
This would seem logical to me, otherwise it would merit a "change request", because even with his password of just 4 letters, he loses a lot of time getting the connection, as the shaking causes a very random input, as the keyboard accessibility settings are not yet operational in this phase.
Or, in another, admittedly less secure, direction, is it possible to retain a Microsoft login (with all the settings and adaptations that have already been made) for the connection and do away with the need for a connection password?
Thank you in advance for your advice.
greetings from Switzerland
Jean-Louis
