How to install Movies & Dramas on Windows Server 2023

Question

I've downloaded a file
"Microsoft.ZuneVideo_2019.22031.10071.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.appxbundle" and managed to install it via PowerShell using the command "Add-AppxPackage *."

I can see shortcuts for it in the Start menu, but when I attempt to open the application, it automatically closes right after opening. Furthermore, when I try to play a video file within the app, I receive an error message stating that it's unable to open the file, with the error message being "file system error".

Take a look at your computer's time and date, there are apps that do not work if it is incorrect.

Hi Christopher Richardson,

Right click on the app in start menu and select More \ App settings. Try the Repair and Reset options in the settings windows. If this does not work, select Settings \ Update & Security \ Troubleshoot \ Windows Store Apps and run the troubleshooter.
