Windowsが起動できない

Windowsを初期状態に戻したとき、Windowsが起動できなくなってしまいました。

どうすればいいですか？

If you have already performed reset and Windows is not booting, I suggest you perform Clean installation of Windows 10.

Download the ISO file and to create installation media (USB flash drive or DVD) you can use to install a new copy of Windows 10.

「初期状態に戻した」というのが具体的にどのような操作か分かりませんが（初期化にはいろいろなパターンがあるので）、まったく起動できないのであれば、

• メーカー製の PC であれば、メーカーのサポート情報を確認して購入時状態にリカバリーする
• 自作機などであれば、Windows をクリーンインストールする のいずれかとなるでしょう。

I don't know exactly what kind of operation "returned to the initial state" is (there are various patterns of initialization), but if you can't start it at all,

• If your PC is made by the manufacturer, check the manufacturer's support information to recover to the state it was in when you purchased it.
• If you have a homebrew machine, perform Windows clean install. It will be one of the following.
