Unable to purchase support plan

When buying a Standard Support Plan, I always encounter this error:User's image

The problem is now existing several months, but today I have a really critical issue and can contact no one about it.

    Sometimes this might be a browser issue as well. Did you try the following first level troubleshooting tips?

    1. Refresh the browser, sign-out and sign-in
    2. Close and open a new incognito window
    3. Clearing the cookies
