VNet requirements for PowerAutomate Hosted Machine

Hi I'm trying to add a VM (Specifically a PowerAutomate Hosted Machine) to a custom Azure VNet/Subnet, I've reading and re-reading the requirements, and everything checks out, so I'm missing something. The VM does get built/added to the default VNet, just not the custom one.

The VM Creation fails when it tries to be added to the VNet, I suspect there's a permissions issue with the VNet, or maybe the subnet?
