Hi, @Menta Elise

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

The error message you received indicates that the WSUS synchronization failed due to an unexpected error that occurred on a send.

This error can occur due to various reasons such as authentication or proxy issues. To troubleshoot this error, you can follow the steps outlined in the "Synchronization fails because of authentication and proxy issues" section of the following Microsoft documentation:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/configmgr/update-management/troubleshoot-software-update-synchronization#synchronization-fails-because-of-authentication-and-proxy-issues
