I got a new number and i can no longer access my old number so my account is asking for a code to my old number or thur the authenticator app and i cant access neither of them cause i dont have access to my old number

Assuming a work / school account.

https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

Go to Security & Privacy page > choose Additional security verification > Update my phone numbers used for account security.
After that it will open a new window. You will see your Phone is listed and you can choose Delete.
Choose Set up Authenticator app and it will open a pop-up box with QR code so that you can configure the app on your new device.

since i have two step verification on it wont let me change my number it tells me code to old number and the authenticator app tells me the same

The security and privacy function requires a code it sending to the old bad number so i cant update info without the code that I cant get!!!!

Please read the original question:

As the mobile number is required so it can receive the security code that is required to unlock access to the Security & Privacy Page, means we cannot access the security settings ..........

Is not helpful, because we can't get access to the Security & Privacy page

Then your response with the link https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info sends you to the exact same prompt, saying it will send a code to the phone number we no longer have access to....... So again, its not helpful.

I don't need to reset my password as I can remember it, what I want to do is update my phone number in the Security & Privacy section.

I am also the Administrator of the account so can't reset myself.

Any suggestions out there?

Microsoft wont let you change phone numbers unless you have a code sent to number you are trying to change! worthless advice.
