The following versions of Outlook support recall:

• Outlook 2019
• Outlook 2021
• Outlook 365

To upgrade or downgrade your version of Outlook, you can follow these steps:

To upgrade Outlook:

Go to the Microsoft website and download the latest version of Outlook. Install the new version of Outlook. Open Outlook and sign in with your Microsoft account.

To downgrade Outlook:

Uninstall the current version of Outlook. Go to the Microsoft website and download the older version of Outlook that you want to install. Install the older version of Outlook. Open Outlook and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Please note that you can only downgrade to a version of Outlook that is still supported by Microsoft.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind about using the recall feature in Outlook:

You can only recall messages that have been sent to recipients who are using Outlook or another Microsoft Exchange client. You cannot recall messages that have already been read by the recipient. You cannot recall messages that have been protected with a digital rights management (DRM) policy.
