Hi,

I downloaded Microsoft Authenticator about a year ago for a previous position. I created a PIN that I now cannot remember. I have tried everyone I can think of. I recently took a new remote position that requires me to use MA and I am at a loss as how to access it. I have search every place I can think for an answer and have gotten no where. The only direct tf# I found for Microsoft sent me here and will no longer take my calls. Please, SOMEONE help me. Thank you in advance.

    https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

    1. Go to Security & Privacy page > choose Additional security verification > Update my phone numbers used for account security.
    2. After that it will open a new window. You will see your phone is listed and you can choose Delete.
    3. Choose Set up Authenticator app and it will open a pop-up box with QR code so that you can configure the app on your new device.
