Download Authenticator app to iPad name of account has changed which I didn’t do. Is this a hack?

I went to download the authenticator app on my iPad. I also have it on my phone (which I usually use with no issues) but once it downloaded from “purchased” on my iPad it came up on an “account recovery “ page with the name Azure AD as the name above my email. I didn’t go any further and took it down as I have no idea where the word Azure AD came from…..?

on my phone it displays : Microsoft then underneath that my correct email address.

DOES THIS MEAN ITS BEEN HACKED? SEE ATTACHED PIC…..confused.

    thanks to Recoverykeytechnology@gmail.com they were able to restore all my hacked account immediately i lay complain to him she request for all details that was change

    so after sending it to her she told me to literally wait for 2 hours which i did. after 2 hours she came with my complaint logins to my three account fb, insta, and snapchat i can't stop recommending her reliable service Instagram Handle @RECOVERYKEY1
