Version is fundamental to application governance and operation control.

Not having it consistently provided for all store apps is a grave omission.

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Is there any way to know the app version in the Microsoft Store before downloading it?

Currently, there is no information in the Microsoft Store app which could show the app version before downloading. You could only see the version information for app which you've downloaded.

    Thank you.
