Can I still make & receive calls within the UK if I go abroad for a few months

We have UK only calls on our Teams plan. We are a UK based company.

I am going travelling outside of UK but will still be working.

I'm pretty sure I can, but I want to check that I will be able to make and receive UK calls wherever I am, and that I do not need to change my plan to international calls. I don't think I do, as I don't need to make international calls - all our business calls are from within the UK.
Hope this makes sense.
Many thanks.

    Hi @Shane Ball

The country/region is based on the location of the user's license in the Microsoft 365 admin center > Active users.

So you don’t need to worry, you don’t need to change your calling plan to international calls after you travel to other countries.

    Hi Shane, yes you can.

The Teams calling is only based on your voice routing policy, no matter where you are.

For inbound calling, the caller still can reach out to you via your UK phone number.

For outbound calling, you still can use the UK number as a Caller ID which means the call will land on UK local voice gateway.

    Thanks,

    Nemo
