My Ticket is pending for the third week with no solution and my company's account is not working

The case started 3 weeks ago as I wanted to activate Azure account for our company and I received a message that my email must be a microsoft account, I contacted one of your sales team who said that I must create a new tenant and it will be activated automatically. after that my account was stopped and I can't send or receive email and the domain of my company was transferred to my personal account. since then, I have been trying contacting the support team for more than 10 times without any resolution and they informed me that in order to transfer back my domain from my personal email to the tenant I must refer to the data protection team and I have been trying doing that for more almost 3 weeks now without any response and all my accounts are on hold and our work is pending. please I need someone to solve my case which is simply transfer my domain digitalcircles.sa from m.hamdy@digitalcircles.sa to digitalcircles.omnimicrosoft.com.

    Please keep the docs and identity ready that you own the tenant and domain so the Data Protection team can validate it.
