Make Customize splash screen

Can anyone make like this below fully customize splash screen that also runs for android 12 and later versions also? with background images as well

Hello,

The effect shown in the illustration is not possible in Android 12.

This is due to Google's design of Android 12 at the system level.

You could refer to Splash screens for more details.

The window background consists of a single opaque color. If the window background is set and is a plain color, it is used by default if the attribute isn't set.
