Hello,

I am looking for a way to use Sharepoint as a form of internal facebook. We created an Intranet in our company using Sharepoint. Now we would like to integrate a page where employees get access to and can fill out a sort of form, answer some questions regarding position, job description, personal topics, upload a picture e.g. for other employees to get to know them. Is that possible and how can we integrate a feature like that into our intranet?

Best, Sandra

    Hi @Sandra ,

According to your description, you can use people web part. It can show the photos, contact information, and more of the people in your organization.

    1. If your page is not already in edit mode, click Edit at the top right of the page.

Hover your mouse above or below an existing web part and you'll see a line with a circled +, like this:

Plus sign for adding web parts to a page

    1. Click +, and then select People from the list of web parts.
    2. You can change the title of the web part by clicking the text that says People profiles and typing over it.

    1. Enter a name or partial name in the box. A list of matching results will display, and you can pick the person you want. Then click Add profile.
    2. Continue entering names and selecting profiles until you are done.
