Some universities are registered as Microsoft academies and you can enter the Azure services with your institutional email, but either way they will ask you for a credit or debit card to identify your identity, they will charge you a US dollar or depending of your country's currency, I recommend that you enter that of a family member.
Unable to create the free azure account
I'm a student, but it is showing "unable to confirm your university ID". I understand that my university might not have registered for Microsoft Azure services. I also don't have a PANID/credit card as I'm not an earning individual. How can I get a free account now? Please do assist me in this.

Azure for Students: Microsoft offers a program called "Azure for Students" that provides a limited amount of Azure services for free. You may be eligible for this program by verifying your student status through an official school email or through other methods specified by Microsoft.
