Azure GPT 4 Model request.
How can I request for multiple subscriptions to enable GPT-4 model.
I tried with below link., where I can submit only one subscription at a time.
"To request access to GPT-4, Azure OpenAI customers can apply by filling out this form"

Recently, I noticed the change happened in request form GPT-4. Looks like we don't want to request for GPT-4 separately after we requested for Open-AI.
I have a question on GPT-4 Region's deployment. As per MS doc., we can deploy in multiple regions. But here it is mentioned only on Sweden Central, Canada East and Switzerland North.
When we can expect GPT-4 in all regions.

Yes, Based on our feedback, the Form' was updated.
As outlined in this Azure FAQ doc:
GPT-4 and GPT-4-32k are now available to all Azure OpenAI Service customers. Customers no longer need to request access to use GPT-4 and GPT-4-32k. Availability may be limited by region. Check the models page, for the latest information on model availability in each region.
We do not have an ETA on availability in other regions yet. Thanks for your feedback.
