When will South Central US be available again to create new OpenAI deployments

Question

I was going to create a new deployment for a fine-tuned model, and noticed that the region was unavailable to do so due to capacity constraints. I was wondering if there was any insight into when it would be back available for new deployments.

Unfortunately, we don't have any ETA of this region availability to share with you at this time. Will definitely forward this feedback to the product team and will let you know if we hear back anything.
