How can I connect my Azure Sphere to a locally hosted WebSocket server at IP address 192.168.0.1 and port 8080 using the Azure Sphere SDK? Are there any resources or examples available that can help me achieve this?

How can I connect my Azure Sphere to a locally hosted WebSocket server at IP address 192.168.0.1 and port 8080 using the Azure Sphere SDK?
Please see Private network services sample. It demonstrates how to connect an Azure Sphere device to a private network and use network services.
The AzureIoT sample contains instructions and code for adding web proxy support

I'm not sure about the Private network services sample, because I want to send some string using WebSocket to a server with local IP. I didn't found such section in that demo.I have tried to connect with
connect(socketFd, (struct sockaddr*)&serverAddress, sizeof(serverAddress)) != 0But I always got
Error connecting to server: Operation timed out (110)I think the connect function is in the
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Azure Sphere SDK\Sysroots\15\usr\include\sys\socket.hI'm not sure if this is the correct way to use it. Is there any sample for using socket.h to sent and receive WebSocket string message to an Local IP connected using "eth0" (Ethernet Adapter ENC28J60). -

How to implement libwebsockets to AzureSphere? I have tried, but the libwebsockets seems use lots of unix header, that will cause lots of error.
Is there any experience or any way to use websocket on AzureSphere?
