Going Crazy!! Outlook Template Design Issues

Man - you guys - I need some help.

I've designed several templates for Outlook and they look GREAT before I import them and once I do, all CSS skips down, the images are like, 'I don't feel like showing up' and the alignment for all the content says, I'll work here but not here. it's maddening!!

I'd like some direction or guidance on how you guys go about creating templates for Outlook - I currently code them and pull them into Outlook but it is NOT working for me. I've tried designing in the email composition tool but that only works half the time and not very well.

If you could offer some direction, insight, secret sauce, or magic wand I'd be ever so grateful!!! (also, know that mailchip and the like are not an option for us.)

I've included my design on the left, and what I get when insert it as a template in Outlook. Please help! where did I go wrong?! I REALLY need this to work as I designed it and a work around or way to implement a border-radius on the buttons without making them an image.

Thank you in advance for your direction, guidance and insight here!
