Can I change region to UK south?

I applied to get ChatGPT 4 and was accepted. But I can't see the model in my 'deployment' section. I am based in America East but my organisation is in UK South - can I switch region to access chat GPT 4 model? thanks

Region is where is your Azure OpenAI resource is deployed.
You can see the region in Azure OpenAI resource deployed in Azure Portal or top right corner on the OpenAI Studio.
Regarding your specific query, I would suggest you, create a new OpenAI resource in the desired region again and check.

Switching the regions is not possible. But GPT-4 and GPT-4-32k are now available to all Azure OpenAI Service customers. Availability varies by region. If you don't see GPT-4 in your region, please check back later.
