Is "Report Builder 2016" free for a large corporation to install it on the company's machines?

Where could I get the license?

If it is not free, how could we subscribe to the paid license?

    You can install and use any SQL Server related tool, like SSMS, SSDT as well as Report Builder in your enviroment.

    But to connect with them to a SQL Server, the clients need CAL or the server CORE licenses.
