Windows RDS Issue

Hi

we are seeing a frequent disconnection to users every 15 days on the Windows RDS server hosted on Windows Server 2019. During the issue, we could see the below error. Once we restart the VM the issue is resolved. Any suggestions?

An error occurred when transitioning from CsrConnected in response to EvCsrInitialized. (ErrorCode 0x80004005)

    I have the same issue on Windows Server 2016

    An error occurred when transitioning from CsrConnected in response to EvCsrInitialized. (ErrorCode 0x80004005)
