Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.
I understand that you are facing issues with your P2S Connection using Azure VPN Gateway.
You can try the below
- Fix Dialing VPN connection <VPN Connection Name>, Status = VPN Platform did not trigger connection : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/vpn-gateway-troubleshoot-vpn-point-to-site-connection-problems#vpn-client-error-dialing-vpn-connection-vpn-connection-name-status--vpn-platform-did-not-trigger-connection
- Restart the rasman (Remote Access Connection Manager) service
- Make sure that your Windows OS has all the required updates/hotfixes installed.
- Delete/Uninstall all WAN miniport network adapters from Device manager, and then click on Action > Scan for hardware changes or perform a machine restart.
- Check if any 3rd party software and/or firewall blocking these P2S connections from the client-side upstream towards Azure
You informed us that the issue is no longer reproducible recently.
Please let us know should the issue resurface.
Thanks,
Kapil
