Is it possible to receive the meeting invites to shared mailboxes instead of individuals user mailboxes.
eg: If someone send a meeting invite to shared mailbox, it should receive in shared mailbox inbox not in user mailbox.

Sure, there is no restriction on that, you can include shared mailboxes as recipients for a meeting invite, or forward the request to them, etc.
Do we require to perform any changes in outlook or exchange online to receive the meeting invites in shared mailbox?
Simply make sure that the shared mailbox address is added as recipient of the message/invite.
