Can I create a DLP rule that will show tips without generating a notification email?

I have a request to create some DLP rules that will show tips only, i.e., no notification email is sent. Does anyone know if this is possible? If so, can you point me to some documentation on how this type of rule is configured?

    Hello @Thomas Walters Just to clarify that this DLP query is with respect to Microsoft Purview, right?

    if you can add more context like Office 365 DLP or Microsoft Purview DLP?
