Certification not showing on my Microsoft Learning profile

I passed the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals exam and as instructed in the follow-up email, created (with the same mail address I used to plan the exam) my profile on Microsoft Learning.

However, my certification is not showing up in the profile. All I have is a certification ID that I received from Microsoft as a token of success in passing the exam.
I have no other account to link to this one.
How can I use this certification ID ?

    I'd try asking for assistance with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question Learn / Cert Moderators will help you from there.
