Hello,
I want to connect via RDP to computer which is in domain, I am connecting with domain user.

But I am not in the domain and I just want to use username to login without domain\username.

Is there any way how to setup this feature?

You can create an RDP shortcut filling in pc name and user name prefixed with domain name as below then Save As on your desktop. Check the save credentials box if needed.

Unfortunately there are no other native solutions. May need to reach out for some custom coding to solve your issue.
