@Andrea Gorrie - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thanks for reaching out to us.
I'm sorry to hear that you're still getting charged even though you've disabled all your subscriptions. If you've disabled all your subscriptions and you're still getting charged, it's possible that there are other resources or services that are still active and generating charges.
To ensure that you won't get charged again in the future, you'll need to identify and cancel all active resources and services associated with your Azure account. Here are some steps you can take:
- Sign into the Azure portal with your account credentials.
- In the left-hand menu, select "All services".
- Look for any services or resources that are still active and generating charges. You can use the search bar at the top of the page to search for specific services or resources.
- For each active service or resource, follow the steps to disable or delete it. Make sure to carefully review the steps and any associated costs before taking any action.
- Once you've disabled or deleted all active services and resources, you can cancel your Azure subscription to prevent any future charges.
To cancel your Azure subscription, sign into the portal and in the subscription overview page, select "Cancel subscription".
Follow the steps to cancel your subscription. Make sure to carefully review the steps and any associated costs before taking any action.
After you've cancelled your subscription, you should no longer be charged for any Azure services or resources. However, keep in mind that it may take some time for the cancellation to take effect and for any outstanding charges to be processed.
Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
