I recently signed up for the windows insider program and I had been trying to pair a device via Bluetooth. I opened settings and tried to pair a device but it would load infinitely and not respond ever. I then saw that there was a windows update for the insider program and thought it might fix the issue. After downloading it, my taskbar was missing and I could not open it with my windows key. When I hover my mouse over where it’s supposed to be I see the loading icon over my mouse. Upon clicking on this, the screen flashes and doesn’t do anything. I can no longer run settings or anything. I can run the task manager and the cmd prompt along with other things in task manager but still nothing works. And the windows explorer doesn’t show up in the task manager so don’t tell me to just restart it.

Found a solution. By restarting my device and holding shift I went into the blue screen that can help troubleshoot. I went through the options and uninstalled the most recent update. Glad I figured this out because I’d have been toast otherwise.
