How does the organiser download the attendance report if the organiser does not attend the Teams meeting? Can the organiser download the report from the meeting chat after the meeting without asking co-organiser to do so?

Hi there,

I would like to download the Teams Meeting attendance as an Teams organiser but usually i dont attend the meetings. How do i do so without asking the co-organisers for help?

I have tried to find the attendance from the chat after the meeting (approximately after 10mins the meeting ended) but there isnt. I even tried it again the next day, it isnt available.

    Yes, the meeting organizer can download the attendance report even if they did not attend the meeting. After the meeting, you'll find the attendance report in a few different places.

    1. In the meeting invite

    In Teams, go to Calendar, open the meeting, and select the Attendance tab. You can view the data directly in Teams.

    To download the attendance CSV file for the meeting, click Download.

    1. In the meeting chat

    A tile labeled Attendance report will pop into the chat about five minutes after your meeting ends. Select it to download the CSV file.

    As far as I know, there could be a few reasons why this is happening:

    1. Attendance reports are not enabled.
