Wired 802.1X authentication failed

Our computer is using 802.1x admission authentication. Recently, we have noticed that some computers authentication timeout. We have checked the computer log and find the reason is "receiving the display EAP failed"

we use packet capturing on the computer, it was found that the PC did not reply the identity message

And if i try to re-auth,it can authen success.

    To resolve the prompt issue, you must perform Advanced troubleshooting 802.1X authentication.

    Any situation in which an attempt is made to establish a wireless or wired connection with 802.1X authentication and it fails is covered by this troubleshooting method. Clients running Windows 7 through Windows 10 and NPS clients running Windows Server 2008 R2 through Windows Server 2012 R2 are both supported by the workflow.
