I have an Ubuntu 20.04 server in azure to which I can connect throug ssh. Nevertheless, I am trying to open other ports (6000 to be specific), but it is impossible for me to access the server through other ports other than 22.
I am following every tutorial on the internet, all of them say the same: Go to VM Resource --> Networking --> Add Inbound port rule. It does not work.
As you can see, port 6000 is wide open for all traffic, and still it cannot be accessed from other computer.
Please, this is not the first time I encounter this issue. For work reasons, I have opened many other virtual machines and for some reason I fail to understand, I can only access opened ports in some of the virtual machines. Please, I have no clue of what is going on, and it is really anoying to deal with this. I have tried to open the ports through the iptables configuration but still I can't access any port.
