OneDrive for Business - storage space issues

Our OneDrive for Business storage is 5tb large. The dimension of a file in paticular (an Outlook backup data file of one year), if looked using Windows Explorer, is about 5gb, but if I go to the OneDrive web page the dimension of that file is 5tb. That issue prevents me to load other files in the cloud.

How can I figure out the reason of this?

    Hi @Ishtar Terra,

It's possible that the file in question is being synced incorrectly, causing it to appear as 5 TB on the OneDrive web page. One solution could be to try resyncing the file to see if that resolves the issue. Another possibility is that there is a bug or glitch in the OneDrive system causing the incorrect file size to be displayed. In this case, it may be helpful to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance in resolving the issue.
