issue with japanes charactor

I am sending email thrue graph api. Email contain japanes charactor its shows good in email, but after download the email and reopen that email contain not shows properly or japanes charactor not supporting for the same.

Note : I download email in (.msg) formate and then reopen mail some charactor like: 扈蝎���コ�箴 showing quetionmark
