Hi,
we are currently encountering a problem with Redis Cache. One week ago, we had a huge Timeout increase and the cache is now locked in a "Failed State".

We are unable to manage any settings in the application. For example, when I try to edit the "Schedule updates" settings, there is the following error :

The system maintenance problem is occuring since 6-7 days, which seems to be very long.

It seems to cause random Timeout issues for our customers in production as following :

We have a stack in .Net7 with StackExchange.Redis

It doesn't seem to come from the cache memory usage. We're using a very low amount of data (40mb max) and a very low CPU usage.

Resource type:

Azure Redis Cache / France Central / Standard C0

Thank you in advance

@Antoine BIDAULT As per the Support resolution for Cache is in a 'Failed State' for one week

you tried to scale cache but it got failed as cache was stuck in failed state due to its previous scaling operation that got failed due to underlying compute issue on one of the VM. Our PG team worked to recover the underlying computing issue. On 10/6/2023 recovered the cache manually after getting approval from you. Now the cache is in a healthy state and scaling is completed.

I hope this information helps others in the community who are facing similar issues.

    Regards

    Geetha
