Hello,

We just got our App Published to Microsoft Teams about a week ago.
Our App has as features a Notification Bot and a Connector.

We do store some metadata at the moment our App is installed at a team, we capture the event using the Bot Framework, so we have an idea on how many teams have our app Installed.

When I select our App in Teams Developer Portal, and open the Analytics Tab, it only displays a message: "No data found using these filters. Once your app is published, you can start tracking its usage here."

Considering our App is already published and installed in a few teams, I'm wondering what could be causing this issue, and if is there anything I could do to have the Analytics Data available at the Developer Portal.

During development, we had a different app published to our Organization, and we were able to see the Analytics data at the dashboard.

Any help regarding this issue is appreciated, thanks!

    @Vinicius De Souza -
    Data for newly published apps takes about a week to appear in the report. If it's been a week since your app was published and you're still not seeing any data, there could be a few reasons for this:

    Data hasn't been updated yet: The data in the Teams app usage report is not real-time and it might take some time for the data to be updated.

    No usage data: If your app hasn't been used much since it was published, there might not be enough data to display in the report.

    Technical issues: There could be technical issues preventing the data from being displayed.

    Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    Wait for a few more days: If it's been less than a week since your app was published, you might want to wait for a few more days for the data to appear.
    Check your app's usage: Make sure that your app is being used. If your app hasn't been used much, there might not be enough data to display in the report.

    Thanks,

    Nivedipa
