How can I cancel a botched 2FA process?
I downloaded Microsoft Authenticator App to gain 2FA codes to access my Elbaite account to make it more secure. I scanned the elbaite.com QR code and expected to get codes which would allow me to enter my account. That did not have any success so I deleted the app and tried to start again. Now I cannot get into my account because 2FA code is not correct. Elbaite has said "Kindly reset your 2FA with your authenticator provider. We are unable to reset that on our end." I thought that Microsoft was my Authenticator provider but I cannot get in touch with anyone who can help me.
I obviously misunderstood things and now wish to cancel the whole thing because everything is now screwed up.
