On the default tenant on my microsoft I created an app registration, when trying to fiddle with the cross-tenant settings I blocked a few things now I can't log into my account anymore (entra or azure) getting this error.

Access is blocked by the organization

The xxx.onmicrosoft.com administrator has restricted which organizations can access their tenant. Contact the xxx.onmicrosoft.com IT department to request access.

How on earth is this possible? This is my account and my tenant of which I am the global administrator and I lose access when I fiddle with the cross-tenant settings?

How can i get my account back, I can't even create a support ticket because I can't log in.

Microsoft Entra

Your tenant has global admins so take-over is out of the question?

There are no additional global admins in your organization that can sign-in and help?

You did not open the tenant via CSP that could help to regain your access?

You can't sign-in into https://entra.microsoft.com/ with any of the users that could create an azure support request?
