Not able to schedule AZ-104 Exam

I am not able to schedule my AZ-104 exam, while I was able to schedule other exams. I am consistently getting error below error -

I have called the Pearson, and they can schedule my exams, however, they can't apply the company discount, which I should be getting via exams schedule using Microsoft portal.

Can you please help me with this issue? In case, it is not fixing, can you share the discount code which I can directly use with Pearson?

    AZ-104 Error

    I have contact Pearson Support and they said that they can schedule the exam but cannot apply the discount as the discount is not visible in their system. Further, they requested me to contact the discount provider (Microsoft) and get the code so that they could enter the code to their system.
