Hello,

We are facing a strange issue. All the updates do not show as applicable for some Windows 11 devices, so they will not install any Windows updates. But the Windows 10 devices in the same location and collection are working as normal, they can install the updates deployed. What can be causing this? Need your help!

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

1,If you are using the latest SCCM version 2303 and Windows 11 22H2 devices can't install the Windows update, it may be a known issue. You can install the hotfix KB25073607.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/hotfix/2303/25073607

2, You can also add below registry key on the problematic devices:

    UseUpdateClassPolicySource

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU\UseUpdateClassPolicySource

    DWORD of 1

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
