MS authenticator issue

Hello,

I am using MS authenticator with mobile internet I am receiving notification but its getting stuck after fingerprint scan but its working fine when i am connected to wifi. There is no issue in my mobile internet speed then why authenticator app is not able to approve the request on mobile internet.
