Office Professional Plus 2021 vs Office Professional Plus 2021 (setup.office.com)

I've got a Visual Studio subscription that includes all the stuff MSDN subscriptions used to (licenses for everything Microsoft). In the keys section, it identifies two separate pieces of software:

Office Professional Plus 2021
Office Professional Plus 2021 (setup.office.com)

What are the differences in these? They are licensed independently, but I couldn't find any comparison of these versions on the various MS product comparison pages. When I access setup.office.com it seems to be a site you could login to and download a product from if you give the site your product key.

Office Professional Plus 2021 without “setup.office.com”: The product key is activation code, it can directly activate the copy of office installed and the license will bind to PC, product key is required to reuse if reinstallation, however the licence cannot be transferred to other PC. Once the office copy is installed and activated, we can see the word “Product Activated” in the office apps account page. Since the license is tied up with the PC, it can be reinstalled and activated in same PC, however license would be forfeited if PC is damage or hugely changed (motherboard spoilt or CPU changed). Office copy does not require periodically internet connection for update and license verification which is similar to Office LTSC.

Office Professional Plus 2021 with “setup.office.com”: The product key is redeem code, it is used to bind the office license with Microsoft Account. Once associated with MSA, product key becomes unusable, MSA will become “Product Key” to activate installed office copy. Since it only bind with MSA, so the license is transferrable to other PC, it is not only can be reinstalled and activated in same PC, but also can be transferred to other PC, PC damaged will not affect the license validity. Once the office is installed and activated, we don’t see the word “Product Activated” in the office apps account page. Office is required periodically connected to internet for update and license verification which is similar to Office 365.

From what you've shown build versions based on the date but slide over to the right and click on Info for more details.

Those dates are a record of when I clicked request key to obtain a specific product key.
