Problem create a Virtual Machine in the Subscription field which does not allow the trainings suggestion of Concierge Subscription

When following these steps, when I try to Create a Virtual Machine, the window looks like this -

It should do this - The Create a virtual machine pane opens to the basics tab.

Hello Dan Jakubiec,

Welcome to the MS Q&A forum.

There are could be several reasons.

First, please make sure what you are signed in to activate the sandbox and provided all required permissions: User's image

Second, after activating the sandbox, you used the same email address to access the Azure Portal and accessed the Microsoft Learn Sandbox directory.

You will be redirected there automatically if you are using the link "Sign in to the Azure portal" from the same training page. User's image
